Now Hiring - Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Specialist in Burlington, WI

Due to continuous growth, we are seeking a Marketing & Sales Specialist at our Burlington, WI facility. This is a unique hybrid position, giving exposure to sales merchandising and marketing strategy. It is not a commissioned sales role and is mentored by an Account Manager. This is a highly visible position critical to the growth of the company.

We are the market leader in toilet repair products sold in the largest Home Improvement & Hardware retailers including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Ace Hardware, Menards, Walmart, Target & more. Yes, our careers are in the toilet, and we have a lot of fun with our award-winning, USA-made products!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support execution of sales growth strategies including new product launches, merchandising updates and promotional vehicles
• Represent Lavelle Industries both virtually & in-person at customer training events, industry tradeshows, and customer meetings
• Communicate directly with customers regarding orders & inventory
• Develop Genius level toilet repair product knowledge to influence others
• Support sales team by developing presentation and sales materials
• Conduct market research in the field to learn about customer needs & present findings internally

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree ideally with focus in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Retail, Business or Supply Chain
• Sales, Marketing, or retail experience / relevant internships are a plus
• Effective communication – written, electronic and oral
• Results driven, passionate, analytical and energetic individual
• Available & excited for national travel during peak seasons up to 30-50%. All travel expenses are covered by company.
